This format applies to Pokémon fought in the Battle Subway and PWT. Battle Frontier too if you are considering Gen 4.

WIP, do not use yet, guide is very messy, hard to read, and doesn't properly denote offsets at the moment.

GG = Species (Read in order of 01 00)
HH = Move 1 index number (03 02)
II = Move 2 index number (05 04)
JJ = Move 3 index number (07 06)
KK = Move 4 index number (09 08)
LL = EV spread (Formatted in binary, 000000 -> HP ATK DEF SPATK SPDEF SPD)
MM = Ability index number
NN = Item index number (0D 0C)

---

Example for GG-LL & NN:

We'll be using Patrat for this example.
00 01 = F8 01
F8 01 -> 01 F8 -> 1F8 -> 504
504 is Patrat's index number, so your first two values will be F8 01. This applies to move and item index as well, F8 01 in a move or item slot would denote for Shell Smash and RageCandyBar respectively.

Example for EV spreads:

0 is changed to 1 if that stat has investment.
EVs are spread equally and cannot be micromanaged. (ex. 010001 = 255 ATK & SPD, 101010 = 170 HP, DEF, & SPDEF)
First, EV your binary string, then convert binary to hex.
000101 -> 05

You cannot edit a Pokemon's ability unfortunately. (Same applies to gender and shininess, but this isn't as notable.)
